What do we do at Heartroom Gallery?
Our various art classes at the Heartroom Gallery are not structured or too technical. Our classes are for people to learn a new hobby and to enjoy the process of creating their own beautiful work of art. It is through the process of painting that a certain therapy through art is achieved. Some people prefer acrylic painting on canvas for its freedom of creating artwork on a piece of canvas. While others prefer the simplicity of Tole Painting where students focus more on brushstroke work painting on practical wooden keepsake boxes and even on furniture that they can take home to use. Whatever the preference, there is something for those seeking to relieve themselves of the problems they face. Our students have often expressed that the Heartroom Gallery is one of a kind.

Hi, would like to enquire if you have any oil painting class suitable for mother n daughter?
Hi Chloe, we don’t provide oil painting classes at the Heartroom for the moment. Our canvas painting classes use only acrylic paints as these are easier to deal with, dry faster and a bit more forgiving for beginners. Let us know if you want to find out more about our classes.
Dear Mei,
I am Bian from Ang Mo Kio Methodist church who spoke to you earlier today.
The WSCS which I now serve is looking at conducting an art therapy class for our members.
We would like the class to be done in our church and we reckoned that we could get about 10-15
to attend. We can do this class on a Saturday morning or afternoon.
Do let us know what you can offer together with your charges for our consideration.
Thank you and have a blessed week ahead.
In His love,
Bian
